Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure your stylist has the proper time to devote to your service.
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested for most appointments. Specialty services require a 48 hour notice of cancellation as noted on our Services page. Late cancellations and no shows may be required to prepay or make a 50% deposit to re-book a future appointment.
We no longer process gratuities on credit cards. Cash or a check may be made out to your stylist as well as PayPal and Bravo Tipping App is accepted by some stylists.
While service prices are listed on our services offered page, these prices may vary based on stylist, length and thickness of hair.
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept American Express at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you aren't satisfied a with retail product purchased, you may return them within 15 days of the purchase with a receipt for exchange of an alternative product or store credit.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service we’ve provided, we will be happy to address any concerns free of charge within 1 week of your original service. Standard prices would apply after 1 week.
We request that you wear one of our salon capes during your visit to protect your clothing. We also ask that you be mindful of your personal possessions (i.e., handbags) during your visit. We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost during your visit if this policy is not observed.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination and can be used for services and/or products.
